Zero Sum: Black IPA

What’s old is new again. We returned to our brewing roots in an effort to balance the winter's aggression, bringing you a Black IPA. The vintage style is one of our favourites, melding the piney, resinous character of a West Coast IPA with a touch of darkness that brings weight and warmth to the palate. While the two sets of flavours may not seem to be a natural pairing they create a steady tension on the tongue as they compete, resulting in an intriguing and rewarding beer. Whether you lean towards a porter or an IPA, the hops and malt in Zero Sum bring mutually assured deliciousness.
