Avling aims to create exceptional and experimental beer, food, and experiences that showcase Canadian flavours and locally farmed ingredients. Our beers are as seasonal as the ingredients that go into them, constantly evolving and developing over the course of the year.

Our brewery sources ethically and responsibly farmed Canadian ingredients.

The 99% symbol, now found on a number of our cans, means that everything that goes into the beer (save the odd minuscule water adjustment) comes from Ontario.
