Fallow Year

An all Ontario Lager that represents the quiet  beauty of local farms and the Ontario terroir. Dry-hopped after a long, cold rest, Fallow Year has bright white grapes and tangerine aromatics, while the palate sparkles with layers of citrus and bright sweet fruit. The malt provides a biscuity backbone that extends the arc of flavour, revealing more and more as it moves towards the finish. Refreshes like a Pils, but punches like a Pale Ale.
