Czech-inspired lager with a German twist. Low ABV, full flavour, beautiful texture. Biscuity and crisp. - 3.8% ABV

TRIPLE LIME LAGER

Made using three types of limes, this is the most crisp, thirst-quenching beer we’ve ever made. - 4.1% ABV

COLD IPA

Notes of passion fruit and sweet citrus define the aroma and palate. Cool fermentation makes this extra focused and drinkable. - 5.5% ABV

VIENNA LAGER

Spicy aromatics, malty notes of bread and dark honey, with high notes of orange zest and white grapes. - 5.0% ABV

PILSNER

Classic German-style pilsner with bright flashes of fruit and spice. The snappy bitterness refreshes the palate and invites another sip. - 4.9% ABV

HAZY IPA

Double dry hopped IPA. Mango, tangerine, and guava notes from the hops. Pillowy texture. - 6.4% ABV

OATMEAL STOUT

Deep, roasty, and rich. Aromas of chocolate-dipped cherries and coffee crema. Velvety smooth with an espresso-tinged finish. - 6.5% ABV

DARK LAGER

Dark as a moonless night but still as drinkable as your favourite lager. Toffee, pumpernickel, and a touch of cocoa on the nose. Coffee cake and toasted hazelnut follow. Snappy finish. - 5.8% ABV

HOUSE LAGER

Crisp and straightforward, this draught-only offering fits any palate and any occasion. - 4.9% ABV

BRITISH ALE

Avling’s British-inspired ale pours a tawny red with a bright white foam. Red fruit, toast, and mild spice on the nose, followed by flavours of fruit and toast and a crisp finish. - 5.5% ABV

RASPBERRY BLAST

Raspberry Sour with Honey. Huge notes of raspberry juice and seeds, with a hint of vanilla. Dry, balanced, and not too tart. - 4.8% ABV

SÉANCE

Plum Sour. Smells of plum jelly, strawberry shortcake, and cassis. Joined on the palate by a quiet chorus of baking spice and currants. Lively, playful, and tart. - 5.5% ABV

ROSEBUD

Red Wine Sour. Matured on Cabernet Sauvignon skins. Strawberry and raspberry tones supported by a subtle backing of honeydew and rose petal. A cheeky echo of rosé. - 5.0% ABV

MEERKAT

Light-Weight Sour. Honeydew, strawberry, and riesling notes, with a subtle tartness and a fresh finish. Our light-weight sour. - 3.8% ABV

CHIME

Tropical Honey Sour. Pineapple, wildflower, and lemon blossom aromas, with mango and chamomile on the palate. Taut acidity and extra long finish from the raw honey. Naturally carbonated and hyper-local. - 5.0% ABV
